Chris is truly a wonderful day and we love him very much!
Most mornings we hear Katie wiggling around in her crib before she starts crying. I'll go in her room to check on her and when she sees my face her face lights up with a huge grin and my heart melts. With a new diaper and some food she is excited to play for about an hour before her morning nap. I never thought I would love staying home with her this much! 
Katie has recently been enjoying Pandora music on the ipad. Here favorite stations are Adele radio and the 60's,70's, & 80's radio. She'll "sing" along and she is much happier when the radio is on than just mommy singing. :)
Even though she loves the radio her biggest smiles are when daddy plays his acoustic guitar for her. Ahhhh, so sweet!

Katie has had a cold and cough the last couple days, her daddy too. You would not know it looking at her because she still smiles and babbles (I'm not sure what to call the sounds she makes right now). She went with me to an appointment in Niceville, about an hours away this morning and then a high school graduation in Pensacola. What a trooper! 
How did my little girl start standing already!?!

I had to take the pictures quickly because she hasn't learned how to bend her knees from this position. From here she sort of fell sideways and face planted into the cushion but she was still smiling when I turned her over. :)
